Currently serves as Strategic Advisor for business development at ComfortDelGro Transit Pte Ltd, supporting the growth of one of the world’s largest transport companies.
Ongoing tendering expertise in international bus and rail tenders, with specialisation in the Singapore and Australia markets.

Graduated as the Lee Kuan Yew Scholar (Top Student) and awarded a First-Class Honours as well as the Valedictorian for the National University of Singapore (NUS) Sociology and University Scholars Programme in 2015.
Specialist in Southeast Asia and East Asia, with a Masters in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Tokyo, Japan in 2019.
Formerly served as a Diplomat in the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Ying

Affiliate Business Development Consultant

Ying is a strategic and quantitatively-focused business development leader. She brings a wealth of professional experience from her career at world-leading payments technology network Visa Inc., most recently in Corporate Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions covering the Asia Pacific region. Ying has developed strategic roadmaps for maturing and high-potential markets, supported by robust financial models resulting in multi-million dollar investments. She has strong experience supporting and leading diverse teams across seniority levels, in partnership with executive leadership, regional hub, and in-country teams. Her professional experience spans across Singapore, China, Japan, Southeast Asia, and the USA. As Affiliate Business Development Consultant at Parallax, she leads financial modeling and works closely with stakeholders to ensure a sound financial plan.
